Private Course Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
LeaderQuest does not offer refunds. If a training engagement needs to be rescheduled, LeaderQuest requires written notification ten (10) or more business days in advance of your scheduled training engagement to avoid fees. This will secure transfer or refund of your investment. If notification is received in less than ten (10) business days, but more than five (5) business days, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the original investment will be assessed. Full payment will be required if a schedule change is requested within five (5) business days or less of the class date.
Open Enrollment Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
If an open enrollment registration needs to be rescheduled, LeaderQuest requires written notification five (5) or more business days in advance of your scheduled course date. This will secure transfer of your investment. If notification is received in less than five (5) business days, you will be subject to the LeaderQuest Learning Guarantee (see below).
LeaderQuest Learning Guarantee
The LeaderQuest Learning Guarantee allows you to retake any course you were scheduled to attend, or have already attended, from our Open Enrollment schedule as many times as you like within 12 months from the commencement of the original course. If the course being retaken requires new courseware or labs, you may be charged for the updated materials. If the course being retaken has the exact same courseware as the original class you attended, you will not be charged for new courseware provided you bring your original courseware. Also, students who attended the original course can only be allowed into class again as retake and no substitutes are allowed.
