CAPM® & PMP® IT Project Manager Prep

This five-day project management training course provides an intensive review of the subject matter tested on the Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP®) examination as well as the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) exam.

CAPM® and PMP® training will provide a summary review of the nine knowledge areas and five process groups covered in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). Participants will improve their test-taking skills by completing sample examinations totaling 200 questions and by discussing the rationale behind both correct and incorrect answers.

This CAPM® and PMP® exam prep course is specifically designed to maximize the probability that you will succeed in passing either examination the first time.

Each student will receive a manual including review materials, key definitions and formulas, and sample examination questions and answers.

Prerequisites For PMP® Training and PMP® Certification

This is an advanced level class. The Project Management Institute requires the following prior to taking the exam:

  • A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)
  • 7,500 hours leading and directing projects
  • 35 hours of project management education

  • Four-year degree
  • 4,500 hours leading and directing projects
  • 35 hours of project management education
