We’re excited to announce that we’ve added a key role on our leadership team that is the first of its kind at the organization – welcoming Thomas Katsahnias as our first Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
In Katsahnias’ role as CSO, he will be leading LeaderQuest – MISTI’s sales operations and go-to-market strategies. He will be pivotal in expanding the company’s’ Enterprise sales capabilities and global client relationships.
“Though my career has evolved over the past decade, one constant has remained – my focus upon building repeatable processes and systems that allow businesses to grow and scale,” said Katsahnias. “I am excited to drive sales transformation across many areas in my role, including the building of a high performing team that will be able to scale as we enter new product markets.”
Katsahnias brings a wealth of sales leadership and strategy experience to LeaderQuest – MISTI Including leadership positions of Wal-Mart, DeVry University, Chamberlain University, Trident University, and OnCourse Learning, where he most recently served as COO/SVP of Operations.
Tom is a native of Indiana and holds degrees from the University of Dayton and the Keller Graduate School of Management. He also served four years as a U.S. Army Logistics Officer.
