Payment Policy: Company payment, approved company purchase
order, or government training voucher is required prior to
registration. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
and Discover credit cards.
Applicable taxes will be applied to your invoice. For pre-paid
packages, applicable taxes will be deducted from the deposit amount
as classes are taken.
LeaderQuest reserves the right to change pricing, registration
terms, and conditions, to make changes to any of our products or
programs described on this web site, or to change a course location
or cancel a course at any time without notice or liability.
LeaderQuest's liability will be limited to the refunding of any
fees paid for the course and LeaderQuest shall not be responsible
for any incidental or consequential loss arising. LeaderQuest will
endeavor to give enrollees as much advance notice as possible of
any change to their enrollment.
Cisco Learning Credits (CLCs)
• CLCs may only be used to purchase Cisco training
courses or products. If CLCS are used in combination with other
forms of payment to set up an account, the portion of the Account
contributed by CLCs may only be used to purchase Cisco training
services and products while the other funds in the Account may be
used to purchase other services and products.
• Training classes purchased using funds in the Account
contributed by CLCs must be completed prior to the expiration of
the CLCs regardless of the Term.
• Upon purchase by Customer using funds in the Account
contributed by CLCs, LeaderQuest will provide an invoice to
Customer referencing the Cisco SO#.
Microsoft Software Assurance Training Vouchers
(SATVs)
• Local "Terms of Usage" established by the
Microsoft® Certified Partner for Learning Solutions apply.
• The company participating in the Software Assurance
Enrollment under which the vouchers were created, has the ability
to revoke or un-reserve this benefit before the cancellation
date.
• Any course days not covered by the voucher will need to be
paid by the person receiving the training. Any voucher days in
excess of the amount of the course, will be returned to the pool of
benefit days available to be assigned by the benefit
administrator.
• The voucher is only redeemable for days of instructor-led
training at Microsoft® Certified Partner for Learning Solutions and
only for courses within the list available within the Software
Assurance Training Voucher program.
• These vouchers are non transferable - vouchers may only be
redeemed by the individual they have been assigned to
(Authentication of the training recipient is accomplished by
providing the e-mail address of the individual to whom this e-mail
is addressed).
• Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, monies or other
valuable considerations.
• The voucher will expire 6 months (180 days) from issue date.
Vouchers may be used to reserve training at only one Microsoft®
Certified Partner for Learning Solutions at a time.
• The Microsoft® Certified Partner for Learning Solutions
reserves the right to cancel a class according to local
cancellation policy.
• In the event of cancellation by the student, LeaderQuest
will invoice the Customer directly for any charges due to no-show
or late cancellations according to the cancellation policy set
forth above.
Enterprise Student Registration Information
• Classroom Learning Course Tuition: Tuition covers
all course materials, refreshments, and Certificate of
Completion.
• Hotel Accommodations: Please call 1-866-378-0761 to obtain a
list of preferred hotels. When calling a hotel, identify yourself
as a LeaderQuest client in order to qualify for the special rate at
our preferred hotels. Rates are subject to change at the discretion
of the hotel.
• Course Schedule: For Classroom Learning courses,
registration is at 8:00 a.m. on the first day. Standard Classroom
Learning courses begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at approximately
4:30 p.m. each day. However, please note Boot Camps have extended
hours and often run well into the evening. Inquire for specific
details.
• Attendance policy: If you are unable to attend your
scheduled training class, please contact 1-866-378-0761. We require
10 calendar days notice to reschedule or to cancel any registration
(and receive refund for pre-payment). Failure to provide the
required notification will result in 100% charge of the course. If
a student does not attend a scheduled course without prior
notification it will result in full forfeiture of the funds and no
reschedule will be allowed. Within the required notification
period, only student substitutions will be permitted. Reschedules
are permitted at anytime with 15 or more calendar days notice.
Enrollments must be rescheduled within six months of the cancel
date or funds on account will be forfeited.
Enterprise Student Satisifaction Guarantee
• 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - LeaderQuest believes that we
offer the best possible training. If upon completion of the first
day of a technical 5 day training course, either Physical or
Virtual Classroom training, you are not satisfied with the course
and wish to withdraw, (1) notify the instructor, (2) return all
course materials, and (3) contact the Cancellation Department (Cancel@LeaderQuest.net )
by the close of business in order to receive a 100% refund or to
apply the money to other future training. This guarantee will only
apply if student completes the first full day of class and has
signed the class roster. All training materials must remain with
the instructor at the time of withdrawal. This guarantee does not
apply to the following courses:
o VMware
o Cisco
o Partner Delivered Courses
Virtual Live Classroom Registration
Information
• Virtual Live Classroom Course Tuition: Tuition covers all
course materials, software, and headset, which will be shipped
approximately one week before class begins.
• Virtual Live Classroom 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We
believe we offer the best training possible. If after the first
session of your Virtual course you are not satisfied and wish to
withdraw, notify us via email at Cancel@LeaderQuest.net
prior to the start of the second session of the class and receive a
100% refund, less any applicable fees. A materials and transfer fee
may apply.
• Course Schedule: Contact your LeaderQuest learning
consultant for the hours of your Virtual Live Classroom
course.
• Cancellation Policy: please see the cancellation policy
listed under Classroom Learning Registration Information.
• License Agreement for Virtual Live Classroom: Payment of
tuition gives you a personal non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to attend one Virtual Live Classroom or bundle for courses.
Transferring or sharing your license with anyone else is a
violation of the licensing agreement and is subject to legal
action.
• Encore Recordings: All Virtual Live Classrooms courses are
recorded and kept for attendees to access for the entire life of
their license agreement.
Self-Paced e-Learning Ordering Information
• Return Policy for Self-Paced e-Learning: Any opened or
accessed e-learning product is not eligible for a refund, but may
be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value.
• Shipping and Processing Charges for Self-Paced e-Learning
CDs: Additional shipping and processing charges for our Self-Paced
e-Learning products may apply. Please inquire online for
details.
• Cancellation Policy for Self-Paced e-Learning, web delivery:
Online subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Exceptions:
o Books24x7 Online Reference Library subscriptions cannot be
cancelled or refunded.
o Third party Self-Paced e-Learning CD's are not eligible for
return or refund.
