LeaderQuest Announces Agreement with SkillSoft to Market
Knowledge Centers.
LeaderQuest has added to its wide-range of training assets by
acquiring the rights to market SkillSoft Knowledge Centers.
"These Knowledge Centers are an incredible asset to businesses that
need to provide their staff a detailed, accessible, online
knowledge base for a particular topic" said George Cohlmia, CEO
LeaderQuest.
Knowledge Centers were developed in response to requests from
customers to help them with a number of learning challenges.
A key challenge was a way to provide context for the wide
variety of learning resources that organizations need to
access.
It can be overwhelming for clients to try to find the right
resources to use at the right time. Search-and-Learn, a Knowledge
Center feature, makes it easy to locate an individual reference,
but for many users it can be hard to tell how that reference
relates to another reference.
"By building the Knowledge Centers, we do that work for our
customers and increase the value of the underlying training assets
they purchase from us" said Mr. Cohlmia. "With a Knowledge Center,
subject matter experts have pulled together all of the resources
relevant to a specific topic and organized them in such a way as to
