The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management in the world. The Foundation course is designed to give students a basic understanding of the processes that help IT staff deliver quality service. Students will learn the core principles of ITIL service management and will be prepared to sit for the ITIL v3 Foundation exam upon completion of the class.

Course Description

In this format, learning is primary; vouchers are given for later testing after the student has done further review.  ITIL Foundations guidelines include 18 hours of instruction and at least one practice test.

ITIL Foundations V3 will be of interest to IT specialists who wish to gain a broad understanding of the V3 lifecycle, processes and roles.

 

Prerequisites

 

There are no prerequisites to this Foundational course.  Practical experience in one or more IT roles will prove helpful.
