Implementing Cisco Unified Wireless Networking Essentials
(IUWNE) 1.0 Expert Encore
Overview
This course focuses on implementing and operating Cisco wireless
LANs (WLANs). Upon completing this course students should be able
to install, configure, monitor, and conduct basic troubleshooting
tasks for a Cisco WLAN. Major topics include the deployment of
Cisco WLANs using Cisco WLAN controllers, lightweight access points
and using WCS to manage a Cisco Wireless network.
Prerequisites
This class assumes familiarity with Ethernet switching, TCP/IP
addressing and basic networking elements such as routing. Ideally,
students possess CCNA level knowledge. To obtain the CCNA Wireless
certification, students must have first achieved their CCNA.
