IIUC Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications 1.0
Course Description
Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications (IIUC) is a
five-day, instructor-led course that focuses on the knowledge and
skills needed to implement Cisco VoIP networks consisting of voice
gateways. It also focuses on implementing Cisco Unified
Communications 500 Series for Small Business, Cisco Unified
Communications Manager Express, and Cisco Unity Express in a Cisco
Unified Communications Manager Express installation.
Prerequisites
To fully benefit from this course, it is recommended that you
have the following prerequisite skills and knowledge:
- Knowledge and skills of fundamental terms and concepts of
computer networking, including knowledge of LANs, WANs, and IP
switching and routing that is equivalent to those learned in
Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 (ICND1)
- Ability to configure and operate Cisco routers and
switches
- Cisco CCENT certification is recommended
