George drives the strategic direction, product vision, and thought leadership of LeaderQuest. George has extensive expertise in current and emerging learning technologies and practices, and a thorough understanding of the talent development challenges encountered by C Level executives across industry and company size. George continues to speak on a range of industry topics including learning strategy, emerging trends, technology innovation, and value realization. Prior to joining LeaderQuest, George held various executive leadership positions with Accenture, Sun Microsystems, and Avaya. George earned his MBA from University of Kansas and his BSEE from Wichita State University.
Bruce Stassen
Vice President of Delivery Operations
Bruce joined LeaderQuest in 2001 and is responsible for managing training delivery, customer support and technical implementation services. Additionally, he works with Sales to assist customers in developing a deployment strategy that addresses all customer requirements. Before joining LeaderQuest, Bruce held several operational leadership roles at Schwan's Inc., Integrated Technology and New Horizons where he collaborated with Account Executives across all phases of the sales cycle in preparing and executing sales strategies and was responsible for mapping training solutions to the customers' requirements. Bruce's extensive background in delivering federal, state and local government solutions has positioned LeaderQuest as a premier government learning service provider. Bruce holds a Business degree from Nettleton College, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
