The Six Sigma Green Belt provides a comprehensive understanding
of the Green Belt body of knowledge, as defined by the American
Society for Quality (ASQ). This program is mapped directly to ASQ
Green Belt exam objectives, with realistic examples and simulations
derived from real experiences of certified Green Belts. The Six
Sigma Green Belt operates in support of or under the supervision of
a Six Sigma Black Belt, analyzes and solves quality problems and is
involved in quality improvement projects.
Candidates seeking Six Sigma Green Belt certification consist
of: quality professionals, engineers, production managers,
frontline supervisors, and all individuals including process owners
and champions, charged with the responsibility of improving quality
and processes at the organizational or departmental level.
The Six Sigma Green Belt requires three years of work experience
in one or more areas of the Six Sigma Green Belt Body of
