Program Description

 

As an IT Support Professional, you typically are the first line of defense when dealing with IT problems at the desktop level providing troubleshooting and walking customers through resolution. You are typically assigned to a tier 1 or tier 2 helpdesk support position where you are responsible for a wide ranging set of problems to solve including networking, operating system glitches, system restores, application deployments and desktop security.
